Unit Elections

Nominations for Local Unit Chairs are being conducted by email for the members of USW
Local 2004.
The form for this nomination process is posted:
 On Facebook Group
 On National Facebook Page
 On Website
 And an SMS will be sent to notify all members of the election in their Units.
 Or you can request a ballot at Admin@2004usw.ca
Nominations must be received by email prior to 11:59 PM EST on May 22, 2024, and will be
counted by the Regional Chief Steward.
Elections, if needed, will have to be conducted in person or via Zoom.
Instructions for Sending Nominations By Email:
Please read the following instructions carefully before marking and emailing your form: In
the space next to each available position, place the name and contact number of the
nominee of your choice. You must personally sign and include your PIN# to identify as an
eligible member.
Anything other than what is to be on the ballot will result in a spoiled nomination.
Please email a photograph of your completed form to your Regional Chief Steward
