1. Significant Wage Increases

2. Significant Per Diem and Mileage Compensations Increases

3. Benefit Increases to enhance our current package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and support for mental health.

4. Work Rule Changes that align with industry standards, incorporating member feedback and addressing any areas of concern.
